A testing proctor is a person who administers an examination. Your school teachers were testing proctors while their students were completing quizzes and examinations.
A testing proctor is not expected to know anything other than the testing procedure.

If you previously submitted a Testing Proctor Application to ICE, and were approved, even for a different real estate agent, there is no need to submit another application. Simply call ICE, mention the real state agent's name, and we will be happy to send you the tests needed.
