This course is based on the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and satisfies the NAR quadrennial requirement. Ethical behavior is paramount for the sucessful real estate professional. This course contains many examples of ethical and unethical conduct. Students will understand the importance of behaving more ethically after completing this course. The Ohio Canons of Ethics for the Real Estate Industry are outlined and reinforced as well.
