Although they say the three most important things about real estate is location, location, location. We all know that if that was true, selling real estate would just be a matter of pointing to a location and negotiating a price. Of course the house itself and how it is built is tremendously important in the sale of real estate. Maybe we should change the adage to location, location, and house?
