This course is based on the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and has satisfied the NAR quadrennial requirement in some states/regions. ICE has not pursued approval as NAR requires local board approval and we are an approved continuing education provider in so many states. Ethical behavior is paramount for the sucessful real estate professional. This course contains many examples of ethical and unethical conduct. Students will understand the importance of behaving more ethically after completing this course.
